Fortune Magazine, in a partnership with people analytics firm Great Place to Work®, analyzed anonymous survey data and metrics representing more than 220,000 employees working in the United States Manufacturing & Production industry.
To be considered, participating companies must have achieved certification through Great Place to Work®. Employees responded to over 60 survey questions about how their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™. To meet certification standards, an average positive response score of 65% must be reached, in addition to submitting a comprehensive Culture Brief about the organization’s programs and practices.
