I began my career at Masimo nearly three years ago, performing validation and verification testing for our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners who integrate Masimo technology into their own multiparameter monitoring devices. With the incredible support of the team members at my side, I’ve gained deeper technical knowledge about our products and developed stronger business communication skills―all of which helped propel me into my new position as Associate Technical Product Manager.

Providing our OEM partners with the solutions they need to successfully launch life-saving products is extremely rewarding. This involves daily collaboration with many internal business functions and departments within Masimo, including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, sales, marketing, and quality control, along with the OEM business team. The job definitely keeps me on my toes while I am constantly learning new things and confronting new challenges.

The best part of my job is simply knowing that one day a friend or family member may benefit from our technology. This motivates me to contribute new ideas every day.
